Peak is a broker, not an operator — so vetting the people who actually fly you is the whole job. Every Peak trip is flown by an ARGUS- or Wyvern-certified operator and must clear an independent safety check before departure. Not once. Every flight.

Founded by Pilots, Reviewed Before Every Flight

Peak was founded by pilots. We read a weather briefing, a crew duty sheet, and a maintenance log the way the people in the cockpit do — which means we catch the things that turn into problems before they reach you.

Every trip also goes through a Total Flight Review (TFR) in the 24 hours before departure: weather along the full route, crew duty and rest limits, airspace and routing restrictions, and current and forecast NOTAMs for every airport involved. It’s the same review we’d run if we were flying it ourselves.

Why Wyvern?

Wyvern-registered operators are audited against the Wingman Standard — an independent review of pilot training, maintenance, and safety-management systems that goes well beyond the regulatory minimum.

We use it because a name on a fleet means less than a third party willing to put that operator’s records under a microscope.

Why ARGUS?

ARGUS International rates operators on pilot qualifications, aircraft maintenance, and safety-management systems, with on-site audits behind its top ARGUS Platinum rating. It’s one of the two benchmarks we hold every trip to.

Before any Peak flight departs, that trip has to pass an ARGUS TripCheq or Wyvern check — a per-flight look at the specific aircraft, crew, and operator assigned to you, not a one-time stamp.

Private Jet Safety, Answered

The questions we get most about how Peak keeps every charter safe.

Yes. Peak is a broker, not an operator, so vetting the people who fly you is the entire job. Every trip is flown by an ARGUS- or Wyvern-certified operator and must pass an independent safety check before departure — not once, but on every flight.

No. Peak arranges charter on aircraft — turboprop through airliner — flown by independent, ARGUS- and Wyvern-certified operators, with access to 5,000+ airports across the US and Canada. Acting as a broker lets us match each trip to a vetted operator and aircraft rather than a fixed fleet.

An ARGUS TripCheq is a per-flight safety check that reviews the specific operator, aircraft, and crew assigned to your trip against ARGUS International’s safety data before departure. Every Peak flight must clear an ARGUS TripCheq or a Wyvern check before it’s confirmed.

Wyvern-registered operators are independently audited against the Wingman Standard — a review of pilot training, maintenance, and safety-management systems that goes beyond the regulatory minimum. Peak books only ARGUS- or Wyvern-vetted operators.

A Total Flight Review (TFR) is the check Peak runs in the 24 hours before departure: weather across the full route, crew duty and rest limits, airspace and routing restrictions, and current NOTAMs for every airport involved. It’s the same review a pilot runs before flying it himself.

Peak Aviation makes it easy to fly private. It’s a business based on service and trust, and we appreciate working with Pat because he’s responsive to our requests and concerns and he makes us feel confident in our choices. Even when there’s bumps, we feel safe and supported. I won’t book private air travel with anyone else.
