How Chartering With Peak Works
Three steps. None of them involve a security line.

Call, email, or drop your route in the flight request below. Dates, passengers, and any must-haves.
2. We Arrange
We source the right aircraft from vetted operators and come back with options and firm pricing.
3. You Fly
Show up minutes before departure. Your schedule, your aircraft, none of the terminal theater.
Destination Questions, Answered
Where can Peak arrange private flights?
Anywhere with a usable runway: more than 5,000 airports across the United States and Canada, plus select international destinations like London and Bermuda. The pages here are the places clients ask about most, not the boundary of the map.
Can Peak fly me somewhere not listed on this page?
Yes. These destination pages are highlights, not a route network. If the trip has a runway near it, we can price it, and small fields the airlines skip are often where charter earns its keep. Send the town and the dates; we will find the airport.
How do you choose which airport to use?
Closest is not automatically best. We weigh runway length against your aircraft, FBO quality, customs availability, curfews and the actual drive to the door. Ninety minutes saved on the ground routinely beats a marginally shorter flight, and that arithmetic is exactly the work a broker should do for you.
Do you arrange one-way flights and empty legs?
Yes. One-way pricing is standard, and repositioning flights, empty legs, can cut the cost of a flexible one-way trip substantially. Alerts are free; there is no membership program in front of the deals. If your dates can move a day either way, tell us and we will watch the market for you.
How far ahead should I book a ski week or holiday trip?
The marquee weeks, Christmas through New Year in the mountain towns, spring break in the sun, book out first, and aircraft parking at the resort airports goes with them. Weeks of notice, not days, is the honest guidance for those windows. Shoulder-season trips are far more forgiving.
Does Peak handle customs for international trips?
Yes. For Canada, Bermuda, London and other international destinations we arrange the customs coordination, permits and international handling as part of the trip, and we flag the airports where clearance is fastest. One quote, one itinerary, no surprises at the airport.
